Refund and exchange policy

If you do not like a standard, non-personalized product or you have chosen the wrong size, you can return it. The item must be returned undamaged and unused.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when the return or exchange is not caused by a product defect or an error on our part.

We will issue the refund within 1–4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Personalized and custom-made items

Personalized, engraved, and custom-made products are created to the customer’s individual specifications. Once production has begun, these items cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect choice, or an error in personalization details submitted by the customer.

This restriction does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or defective, or if it does not match the personalization confirmed in your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pagan-workshop.com or use the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the website.

If you need to change or clarify personalization details, contact us before placing the order or immediately afterward. We cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.
